Globus Dataset Request Instructions

Thank you for selecting our dataset for download!

DataHub uses Globus for transferring data.

Downloading multiple files via Globus requires data requestors to install Globus Connect Personal for high-performance transfers.

    Here is a video tutorial showing how to use Globus Connect Personal.

Single files within a Dataset are downloadable through Globus via the provided HTTP Download button within Globus.

If creating a new data request, you can access it after logging into Globus: https://www.globus.org/app/login via the provided download link.

If you do not have a Globus account, please create an account via https://orcid.org/register.

If you have trouble accessing or bundling the data for download, please send an email to rc-support@pnnl.gov with the following information:

• Your ORCID ( Create your ORCID here: https://orcid.org/register )
• The URL of the dataset being requested
