Dataset DOE Reading Room Dataset full dataset with full images

This dataset is a flat file version of the Department of Energy (DOE) Public Reading Room holdings. It has been publicly available for decades. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires certain kinds of documents be made available to the public for inspection and copying.

The collection includes technical reports, administrative materials, factsheets, and handouts. 

The DDRS (Declassified Document Retrieval System) database has been incorporated into this dataset.

There are 2 datasets:

  • One containing metadata records only (~38 MB)
  • One containing metadata and full text (~167 GB)

To access those materials related to DOE-RL and DOE-ORP, please see the Electronic FOIA Reading Room for the Hanford Site. This dataset is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy and is managed and curated by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory for the U.S. Department of Energy.
