Dataset Dataset for "Deciphering the effect of mixing state on ice nucleation using single particle measurements and probabilistic simulations of mixed dust-biological ice nucleating particles" members

This repository contains the data used in the manuscript "Single particle measurements and probabilistic simulations of mixed dust-biological ice nucleating particles". Data includes single particle elemental composition from the computer controlled scanning electron microscopy (CCSEM), single particle chemical composition from miniSPLAT (a single particle mass spectrometer), ice nucleating frozen fraction from the continuous flow diffusion chamber (CFDC), and bulk chemical information from time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS). README files are included for each datastream.
