Dataset - Proteomics Multi-omics data resource: Data package 16 (Pck016)

This data package consists of mouse MIN6 cells treated with IL-1β + IFNγ + TNFα for 0 min, 15 min, 2 hr, and 24 hr, alongside an untreated 24 hr control, and submitted to global and PTM proteomics (carbamylation and acetylation) analysis (n=3) (Table S1). This was designed to characterize the temporal cytokine-driven signaling responses in MIN6 cells.
