Description
The quantity of wastewater that is available for reuse by another party. See Tidwell et al. 2014 for details concerning how the metric was quantified. This update includes the following changes:
- Updated wastewater discharge and reuse data from EPA’s Clean Water Needs Assessment (see https://www.epa.gov/cwns/clean-watersheds-needs-survey-cwns-2022-report…).
- Adjusted water access costs for inflation.
- Also updated HUC12 numbering to be consistent with Version 2 of the National Hydrography Dataset.
