The data package consists of isolated pancreatic islets from 3 human donors treated with IL-1β, IFNγ or IL-1β + IFNγ for 6 h and IL-1β, IFNγ, IL-1β + IFNγ, IL-1β + IFNγ + NMMA or NMMA for 18 h and submitted for scRNA-seq. This study examines cytokine-stimulated changes in gene expression in human islets using single-cell RNA sequencing.
