Description
A plasma metabolomics dataset obtained from The Environmental Determinants of Diabetes in the Young (TEDDY) consortium. Data are from a matched case-control study where samples were plasma samples from 3 months prior to a case developing islet autoimmunity. The outcome of interest was autoantibody status, either positive or negative. The metabolomics dataset consists of 221 case-control pairs for a total of 441 subjects and 142 measured metabolites. Both the unprocessed and normalized datasets are included.
