Experiment MCL002

 

The purpose of this MERS experiment was to obtain samples for omics analysis of Calu-3 cell response treated with wild-type MERS-CoV, MERS-CoV mutants and mockulum.

Overall Design: 5 replicates at 6 time points (0, 3, 7, 12, 18 and 24 hr.) of 6 conditions (mock, icMERS and 4 mutants).
