The purpose of this MERS experiment was to obtain samples for omics analysis analysis in mouse lung cells infected with wild type MERS-CoV.
Overall Design: Mouse lung cells were infected in a multiplicity of 3 PFU per cell. Infected samples were collected in quintuplet and time-matched with mocks samples in parallel. Time points used were: 2, 4, and 7 days post-infection. Data contains replicates for both lungs (n=4) and controls (n=3).
